Joni Barocas – Owner

IMG 0673

Joni established Best Dressed in June of 2023 where she has built a creative and comfortable environment in which clients can find their true fashion persona. The name of the boutique reflects her mission: to make each client feel like the “best dressed woman in the room.”

Joni’s passion is seeking exceptional designs in on-trend fashions and creative accessories and finding new ways to style them. Creating looks that range from timeless and classic to fashion forward are the result of listening to and learning about her clients’ lifestyles, how they see themselves, and their desires. This knowledge enables her to assist clients by styling outfits to fulfill their fashion needs whether for every day, for weekend wear or for social occasions. There is nothing she enjoys more than sharing a relationship with a client and helping to build their confidence and excitement about what is in their closets!

Joni and her husband Victor, an Atlanta native, were “early settlers” in the City of Johns Creek, moving there in 1995. In addition to her family and fashion, Joni’s interests include theater, artisan crafts, music and travel.

Emma is the manager of Best Dressed Boutique, where she thrives on helping people discover their personal style and feel confident in what they wear. She believes fashion is a form of self-expression that speaks to “who you are.” Emma takes pride in seeing a client’s pleasure when they collaborate to create the perfect outfit, travel collection or wardrobe.

Emma enjoys staying ahead of trends, colors, and styles for each upcoming season. But beyond the trends, it’s the personal connections that make her work so fulfilling. Discovering a client’s unique style and building lasting relationships are at the heart of what she does.

Outside the boutique, Emma is an actor, writer, dancer, and crafter—creative expression is woven into every part of her life, including fashion.

Her cats, Charlie and Goose, are another passion of Emma’s . Charlie is named after her beloved childhood horse, and Goose is a nod to her partner’s favorite band.

Debra Campbell

Debra

Fashion has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my mother, a hairstylist, dressed me and my sisters with so much intention and creativity—it’s where my love for style truly began. I went on to study at the Laboratory Institute of Fashion Merchandising and The New School of Interior Design in New York City; which was my classroom and where I had the incredible opportunity to intern for Fashion Designer, Cynthia Rowley. That experience deepened my appreciation for the art of fashion and the power of a well-styled look.

Over the years; paired with my formal training, I’ve developed a deep understanding of fabrics, textures, and haute couture.
I’m drawn to bold statement pieces and have an eclectic, artsy sense of style that blends fashion with interior design.

I love Details—whether it’s the feel of fine fabrics, an unpredictable
pattern/color combo, or the perfect pairing of accessories.
Fashion is a form of self-expression, and I love helping others find pieces that make them feel confident, stylish, and uniquely themselves. Oh—and something fun? I never met a vintage boutique that I didn’t love; and, I live for a great action-packed series, cooking or home decor tv show.
